I would like to present to you our second project, Borghetto di Porto II Santa Marina in the vicinity of the village of Vabriga approx. 800 m from the sea.

Vabriga is a small village, which is developing on a high level and where it is only permitted to construct family houses and villas which have no more than 5 apartments per house.

A golf course will also be build soon in front of the resort Vabriga near the sea.

The village of Vabriga is located about 6.5 Km from Porec, 3.5 km from Novigrad, 55 km from Pula and the airport and approx. 55 km from Trieste.

Our first project Borghetto di Porto I Santa Marina consists of 4 houses of which each provides 4 to 6 luxury apartments with a size of 70 to 140
m^2 .

Our second project Borghetto di Porto II Santa Marina is designed for 6 villas, at a very high level, as the first smart villa in Istria. Each Villa offers a surface area of approx 180 m^2 and a garden area of 550 m^2 .

Description: All villas have 3 to 4 bedrooms, of which each has its own bathroom, living room, kitchen, storage, boiler room, covered balcony, terrace, Baladur and indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

The villas are built with high quality material, like Istrian stone flooring, marble, quality wood, flooring, exterior and interior joinery in mahogany made in Italy, all water installations in Gebarit. The villas are being built as the first 'intelligent villas' in Istria, with their electro-KNX technology installation (Heating and cooling system, alarm system, all lighting, intercom system Weather cells function home via the Internet-Remote GSM to connect to the facility …), which is necessary for this kind of functionality and use.
