Villa Tulipa Rai  will be built close to Villa Lanata. It has six spacious apartments which will be built to the highest quality standards and with contemporary interior design solutions.

In the southwestern part of Čiovo lies Okrug Gornji. Its highly indented coast with numerous sunny rocks and hidden coves offers beautiful beaches with diversified tourist facilities. It is only 4 km away from Trogir and international airport Split-Kaštela.

Traffic connections

Okrug Gornji is easily accessible by local roads and well connected with other parts of the peninsula. Trogir is just over the bridge, only 4km away. There are daily boat connections to the neighboring islets: Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali. Okrug Gornji is 29 km away from the port of Split and only 6 km from the international airport Split-Kaštela.
